Junior Strokes (Ages 8 to 18 - Beginner / Intermediate)
The focus is on the "fun"damentals of tennis. Teaching the basics and having a great time with instructors is the cornerstone of this class. Students learn proper stroke mechanics, scoring, and basic strategy, always with an emphasis on fun! See Junior Strokes Flyer for more information.

QuickStart Tennis (Ages 4 to 8)
Your kids will actually play tennis in a fun, team environment. We have special equipment, shorter court dimensions, and modified scoring, all tailored to age and size. See the QuickStart Flyer for more information.
Elite Junior Tennis Program (Ages 8 to 18 - Advanced)
Shellaberger’s Elite Junior Tennis program is an intensive tennis training program using cutting edge training for competitive junior tennis players. The program includes drills, competition and tournament preparation. Focus will be on work ethic, conditioning, mental toughness, winning strategies, point production, and sportsmanship. Rafael Garcia and Warren Fulgenzi Jr., earn a state title
In May, 2012, two STC players put an end to Santa Fe High’s 20-year individual competition title drought. Warren Fulgenzi Jr. and Rafael Garcia took the Boys AAAA state doubles title in an action-packed competition; after being down a match point in their first round, the pair rolled over the competition in their next two matches. Shellaberger Hosts Free Tennis Clincs for Kids
Students from Girl's Inc. and Santa Fe Public Schools Indian Education get exposed to tennis!
In June Shellaberger hosted two separate clinics to expose more youth to tennis. We partnered with Girl's Inc. of Santa Fe and the Santa Fe Public Schools Indian Education Committee and hosted a clinic for each organizations youth. The kids from each group came to Shellaberger on a field trip and received instruction from Rocky, Corey and other instructors from the area. All together the clinics exposed tennis to 68 youth from the Santa Fe community.
Junior Summer Camps Start June 3
STC to offer camps for children of all ages!
Summer is just around the corner and we are ready for our annual junior summer camps. This year our camps will start June 3 and run for eight weeks through August 1. We will have camps for kids ages 4-18 of all ability levels. Our Pee Wee and Future Champs camps will be headed by Ralph Bolton and our Elite Junior camp will be run by Warren Fulgenzi. All camps will run Monday - Thursday each week and sign-up will be on a weekly basis.
For the junior who can’t commit to a full week of camp we will also be running our popular Pee-Wee, Quickstart, and Junior Strokes classes once a week during the summer. For more information on summer programs please visit our web-site or click on the camp flyer links below.
