General Description

The Shellaberger Tennis Center is a 55,000 square foot world-class facility that sits on a little more than 8 acres of land. It boasts six Rebound Ace indoor tennis courts and one Rebound Ace outdoor stadium court that seats 1,000 people. The stadium court was built because of the philanthropy of International Tennis Hall of Fame member Gladys Heldman. The facility also boasts a full service pro shop, players' lounge, beautiful atrium, work-out area, locker rooms, and many other great amenities.

Hours of Operation

Open seven days a week year-round.

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 9:00 pm

Saturday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Sunday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Membership

Membership opportunities are available for adults, juniors, mini-families, and families. You can also choose a yearly or seasonal membership. To learn about each option in more detail, please see Membership Options and Membership Agreement.

Court Rentals

Enjoy our top-of-the-line six Rebound Ace indoor tennis courts and Rebound Ace outdoor stadium. Courts may be booked 7 days in advance by members, starting at that day's opening business hour. See Court Rental Rates for more information.

Private Lessons

The Shellaberger Tennis Center offers lessons seven days a week, scheduled at your convenience. Lessons range from $70-$86 depending on the pro. See our Staff of Pros and the Pro Lesson Rates for more information.

Adult Programs

Our philosophy is to provide tennis programs to meet everyone's tennis desires. Programs for adults include clinics, singles and doubles competition, social events, USTA leagues, tournaments, and much more. Junior Programs

We offer junior programs to kids of all ages and abilities. These programs range from instructional Pee Wee classes for the little ones to our advanced Team STC practices. Pro Shop

The Shellaberger Tennis Center has the best quality and most comprehensive inventory of tennis merchandise in town. We carry a full line of rackets from all the major companies, including Babolat, Wilson, Prince, Head, and Dunlop. All models are available to demo before making a decision. Best of all, we match advertised Internet prices and guarantee our products for defects. The shop also offers a professional 48-hour string and grip service. Ball Machine

The ball machine is one of the best ways to hone your skills. Shellaberger has a top-of-the-line Playmate Ball Machine that is available seven days. The cost is $10 per hour plus the court time. Call ahead to make your reservation.
